If you’re ready, find someone you’re comfortable with to share your menopause experience, including what steps or resources may help to make your work or home environment more supportive.
Join a support group or community in person or online. Together, you can create a safe space for sharing your experiences and struggles with menopause, as well as advice and way to advocate for change.
Check with your HR or People team to see if they have any internal policies or flexible working accommodations available. If they don’t, start the conversation! Share your challenges in experiencing menopause both at work and at home and outline what would make you feel more supported.
